2015年02月07日下午，中国暖通净化行业协会会员筹备会议在深圳市美兰商务大厦隆重召开。会上邀请了各行业大佬，专家、会员单位代表等二百多人参加了本次大会，共同见证协会这一具有历史纪念意义的一刻。

会上通过了中国暖通净化行业协会章程,选举产生协会第一届协会会长、常务副会长、副会长；理事单位等人选。深圳浩金欧博空调制造有限公司董事长詹峻当选为第一届会长，杨先国当选为协会执行会长。

随后杨执行会长发表了主题为“新常态、新思维、新协会”的讲话，并宣读了协会章程。杨执行会长指出协会是大家的，协会将以“科学发展观”和“构建和谐社会”为指导，坚持以“团结、合作、发展、共赢”为发展目标，在促进企业持续发展方面发挥积极作用，同时协会将作为沟通企业、市场、政府的桥梁，积极组织社团参与市场活动的监督管理，使协会不断发展壮大，增加竞争力和辐射带动能力，立足市场需求，积极推动暖通行业的健康发展。
